Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Wassel ("Wassel", "we", "us"), the service that lets your AI agent connect to Shopify and other regional services through one secure interface. By creating a workspace or using Wassel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Wassel is a real-time pass-through that relays actions between your AI agent and the third-party services you connect. We provide the connection layer; the connected services (for example Shopify, Bosta, or a payment provider) remain governed by their own terms. Wassel may add, change, or remove connectors over time.

Your account

You are responsible for activity in your workspace, for keeping your API keys and credentials secure, and for the actions your connected agent performs. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. Do not share your workspace key; it grants access to every tool in your workspace.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Wassel to:

• break the law or any connected service's terms;
• access data or accounts you are not authorized to access;
• attack, overload, reverse-engineer, or probe the service for vulnerabilities outside a disclosure we invite;
• resell or white-label Wassel without a written agreement.

Plans, billing, and renewal

Wassel offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through Freemius, our merchant of record, which handles payment, invoicing, and tax. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price for that plan until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Promotional discounts apply only for the cycles stated at checkout.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Freemius under the money-back terms shown at checkout. Outside that window, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data

You keep all rights to your data and the data of the stores you connect. Wassel does not sell your data and does not use it to train models. How we access, retain, and delete data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability

We work to keep Wassel available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without an uptime guarantee unless a separate written service-level agreement applies to your plan. Connected third-party services can fail or change independently of us.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wassel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You may stop using Wassel and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to Wassel, a connected service, or other users. On termination, stored connection tokens are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date at the top of this page, and where appropriate we will notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
